Step 1: Contact Us

Call us at (847) 775-0303 or send an email to info@emergent-industries.com. One of our experienced project managers will work with you to review your requirements, answer your questions and provide you the necessary assistance to ensure your design is ready for manufacture.

Step 2: Project Kickoff

Your project manager will schedule and coordinate necessary the tooling or processing based on your requirements. Confirmation of specification, requirements and delivery are critical at this juncture. Your project manager is your point of direct contact and will work with you through the delivery of your production run.

Step 3: Tooling Phase

Once the requirements are firmed up we will initiate the tooling phase of the project. Your project manager will coordinate the creation of the casting pattern to ensure it will meet your design and production requirements.

Step 4: First Article

Depending on the complexity of the requirement, a “first article” or first piece cast from the newly created pattern will be generated for review and inspection. At this juncture we will perform an in-depth inspection to ensure that the result meets your requirements.

Step 5: On-Time Delivery

Your project manager will work closely with you to ensure that at the end of the process you will receive quality, cost-effective production parts delivered on time, to your specifications. Throughout this process your project manager has taken the necessary steps to ensure that subsequent production runs yield consistent quality to meet your exacting requirements.
